A unique and detailed understanding of people and places

GeoSegments

Details

We have developed a comprehensive postcode level segmentation system using our powerful GDPR compliant open source data and providing 100% geographical coverage. Unlike some other Geo demographic and segmentation products, GeoSegments uses the same underlying data as all our other products, making integration with other projects such as modelling, customer targeting and marketing analysis much easier and understandable.

GeoSegments provides single characteristic postcode-level segments across attitudes towards key issues, family composition, health, income, and property, helping to give a greater understanding of what these postcodes really look like. Use individually or in combination to give detailed descriptions to make any activity more effective.

Vulnerable Households

Details

With many households facing challenging times, we have developed a range of postcode level data to identify potentially vulnerable households.

Whilst vulnerability is often focused exclusively on financial concerns and issues, we also analyse other key drivers of concern education, health, and housing (mortgage and rent). It is only by looking at these wider range of issues that vulnerability can be most effectively considered.

Our data will help to identify households which may struggle to understand or engage with organisations or have health issues which might increase levels of deprivation. Cost of housing can also push households into financial or health issues, even where income levels may at first suggest household vulnerability would not be a significant risk.
